Martial Arts for Adults

Children are never too young to benefit from training in Tae Kwon Do. Our programs for children help them achieve self confidence, balance and a sense of accomplishment in a safe environment. Our goal is for all students to feel safe and supported by their instructors and classmates. We encourage a non-competitive, constructive, and cooperative attitude within our classes.

Teens

Tae Kwon Do helps our young adult students learn about discipline, respect and the importance of physical fitness. Teens are encouraged to take part in leadership and in the training younger students. Teens will be challenged to apply the concepts they learn each week in our classes to their daily lives. Some examples of traits we emphasize are respect,self-control, discipline, courage, and honesty. We also focus on life skills such as good habits, proper attitudes, and good manners.

Adults

No one is too old to begin martial arts. Our adult students range from 20 years old to 78 years old!

Tae Kwon Do helps the mature student remain ( or become) fit. Mature students benefit from our evening class schedules and often bring their entire family to participate, making it a true family experience.As you join our classes you will find your classmates becoming friends that you depend on to encourage you and motivate you towards your personal best.
